Reviews and Ratings <br />
Staying here was an absolute dream! The hotel is a slice of luxury set right inside the National Park, providing easy access to the breathtaking Iguazu Falls. The views from every corner of the hotel are spectacular, and the infinity pool is a highlight. The only downside was the dining options being limited to the in-house restaurant, but the quality of the food made up for it. Prices reflect the luxury experience, but it’s well worth it for the convenience and beauty.
Staying at Gran Melia Iguazu was an absolute delight! The hotel is beautifully situated in the heart of the Iguazú National Park, making it super convenient to access the amazing waterfalls. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, though some minor maintenance issues need addressing. The highlight for us was the exceptional service; the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Dining was generally great, but there’s room for improvement in variety. Overall, it was worth every penny to be so close to such natural beauty.
I had a fantastic experience at Gran Melia, with its unique location right next to the Iguazu Falls. The views from my room were breathtaking, and the luxury amenities made my stay memorable. Although the dining options could be improved in variety, the overall value for money and service provided were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was highlighted by stunning views of the falls and a very comfortable room experience. The Red Level upgrade was worth it, offering amazing service and convenient access to the trails. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired, especially with the food quality not meeting expectations. While I enjoyed the large pool area, the overall price might feel a bit steep for the dining options provided.
While the hotel's location offers stunning views and direct access to the nearby park, the overall experience was quite mixed. I found the room quality lacking and the restaurant did not live up to expectations. However, the pool area was well-kept, and the staff provided some exceptional service during our stay. Overall, it's a decent choice for enjoying the falls, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
